PCD Wear Guards on Machine Tools

The proper selection of the diamond material, the geometrical layout and the design of the contact area are important criteria for manufacturing these components. Geometrical and dimensional accuracies and flatness tolerances within 1 micron (0.00004”) together with extremely fine surface finishes are possible.
