in Celle – Germany.

Move to the former metalwork department of the company SPINNHÜTTE in Celle on an area of 92 sqm. The company produces sintered diamond dressing rollers, diamond dressing discs and diamond dressing blocks.

Employment of the first worker. One year later the company expands by renting additional room from a neighbouring company.

| 1986 |

To supplement existing diamond products the V-department is founded. This department produces wear protection parts, as well as CBN-, PCD-, CVD- and MCD- cutting tools.

An appropriate dressing spindle system is developed (product department C) to hold and rotate diamond dressing discs.

| 1989 |
|
An additional product department is founded. The precision galvanic department (G) produces high precision diamond- and CBN grinding wheels as well as diamond dressing discs for the gear grinding industry.

The increasing demand for custom-made products leads to the foundation of a product department for special tools (S).

The department hard fine machining (H) is set up. The product range includes high precision diamond and CBN grinding wheels as well as point crush dressing technology.

In order to cope with the steady growth over the past years and with future growth, the individual company becomes the limited partnership DR. KAISER DIAMANTWERKZEUGE GmbH & Co. KG
To expand the scope of supply a new department for high precision galvanic negative tools (P) is founded.
At the beginning of the year more than 200 employees are working in a production and administration area of about 6.000 sqm. |
