“Made in Celle” philosophy to the highest standards and future-oriented
As a medium-sized company that has relied on the German location of Celle for decades and will continue to do so in the future, we take our responsibility towards people and the environment very seriously. This applies not only to our production processes, plants and buildings, but also to our products themselves and to our responsibility towards our customers, partners, employees and, last but not least, the promotion of young talent and job security in our region.
Sustainability of our products
Our high-quality products are designed for a long service life and most of them can be repaired several times. We offer our customers reconditioning, a regrinding service or the replacement of individual segments and have also developed an ECO replacement system for replaceable coatings on dressing wheels.
Recycling of materials
The materials from our old tools are recycled and reprocessed. Critical materials are returned to the specified cycle accordingly.
Energy efficiency
We use electricity and heat from our own sources, particularly for our energy-intensive production processes, such as electroplating. In addition to a photovoltaic system, we operate a combined heat and power plant for electricity and heat, which is designed to run on biogas, as well as two heat pumps. In our modern new buildings in accordance with the KfW standard, we attach great importance to a resource-conserving CO2 balance.
Employee orientation
In addition to complying with the highest safety standards in our company, we pay attention to ergonomic, health-friendly and extremely hygienic workplaces. For example, we have invested in air conditioning for our new, spacious halls and additional cranes for heavy loads, enabling us to provide posture-friendly workplaces.

In order to secure our technological leadership, market success and jobs in the long term, we are planning our growth and the expansion of our “Made in Celle” location with foresight.
