The first DR. KAISER Experience Days in June 2025 brought together a total of 37 participants from 18 countries from the international DR. KAISER agencies at the company’s Celle site. In addition to technical training and detailed factory tours, the focus of the three-day event was primarily on exchanging information on products and market potential as well as global team building.
Next level collaboration: The aim was to use the current challenging times as an opportunity to join forces worldwide and develop concrete starting points and take them with us.
In a varied and practical program, everything revolved around “GRINDING SOLUTIONS – NEXT LEVEL”:
- Presentations by the management and divisional managers provided open insights into the strategies, expansion and restructuring plans as well as the activities of individual divisions.
- At technical training stations in various DR. KAISER departments, practical product experiences were made possible and in-depth discussions were held with the experts.
- In workshops, the participants discussed market potential, specific application examples and success stories and jointly defined customer-oriented starting points and optimization options.
- The foundation for a trusting and open exchange was laid at the evening team events.
- The event was rounded off with a barbecue with the entire DR. KAISER sales team at the Celle-Altenhagen campus. This was another opportunity to strengthen personal relationships with the back office.
- At the end , Managing Director Dr.-Ing. Dirk Hessel and host and Sales Manager Christoph Müller thanked everyone for their active participation, the open exchange and the valuable suggestions. There was also very positive feedback from the participants in person and on the DR. KAISER LinkedIn channel and a big thank you to all DR. KAISER colleagues who contributed to the success of the event, both on and off stage.
