Thanks to the CVD diamond coating of these sintered tools, our dressing discs offer an outstanding service life and durability. In addition, these tools can be re-lapped at any time, which further extends their service life and reduces operating costs.

The dressing discs allow the worms to be machined to any geometric requirements – regardless of whether different pressure angles, modules or special profile modifications are involved. This enables flexible and precise adaptation to each individual machining requirement.

Our dressing discs also offer maximum flexibility when dressing profile grinding wheels. Almost all required profiles can be produced with just one dressing tool, which significantly reduces the number of tool changes and the effort required for tool preparation. This ensures significantly greater efficiency in production.
