Single axis rotary diamond dressers are used to form grinding wheels for many different kinds of series and repetitive production. Shorter dressing time and long tool life leads to high productivity and consistent process conditions. Many kinds of conventional grinding wheels, and in special cases super-hard grinding wheels, can be dressed with this dressing method which enables highly productive manufacturing with long dressing intervals and short dressing times.

We manufacture almost any profile and optimize the diamond coating specifically for your tool and your application – for example, the grinding of threads, turbine blades, bearing journals, valves or fuel injector components.
