The DR. KAISER app makes dressing and grinding processes easier, faster and more precise. Depending on your experience, the app offers two modes for calculating the optimum settings for your application.

Two modes for maximum flexibility

Guided mode – step by step to the perfect result

Taking into account the grinding wheel specification and the desired result, the app guides the user step by step to the optimum dressing parameters – ideal for beginners or for reliable process design. It is also easy to calculate grinding parameters based on academic approaches.

Expert mode – maximum control for professionals

Experienced users can optimize their processes through fine-tuning. The infeed, speed ratio and degree of coverage can be individually adjusted without having to spend time on manual calculations. In addition, grinding parameters can be evaluated and optimized by specifically changing the specific material removal rate or the equivalent chip thickness.
